We have achieved our Herts Quality Standards award, which is a county achievement recognising high quality childcare settings and assurance for the parent / carer. This is retaken every three years.

We have also achieved the Investors in People award. This has helped us to become a strong motivated team, which is reflected in our staff loyalty. Staff turnover is rarely an issue for us.

We are proud to be a sing and sign affiliated nursery, incorporating sign language throughout the nursery. This really benefits the children’s early communication skills, and helps us also to understand baby’s needs before they are able to tell us verbally. This has really proved to be very successful.
