We pride ourselves on our friendly working relationships with parents and carers. Due to the size of the nursery, a homely environment is created. Many parents get to know each other as good relationships with staff are formed. To ensure that parents / carers feel involved in children's time with us we:

  • Invite parents to join in with our day to day activities, including outings and stay and play days
  • Hold fundraising and social events
  • Ask parents to evaluate sessions to see how you think we are doing
  • Encourage involvement with story time and other activities with a parent / carer
  • Annual parents evening
  • Annual reports
  • Encourage suggestions / ideas
  • Have two designated staff to partnership with parents
